
Well we head to Boston later this week and I have my second event of the season. It's a short 5k, but as usual I have some goals of where I'd like to finish. Of course the real reason we are going is for Jodee; who will be running her second Boston Marathon. I started having a lot of hip pain this past weekend (possibly from trying to keep up with Andrew during our 4 mile run on Easter Sunday) and hopefully it will be better by Sunday's race.
We had a great time in Boston last year and this year we are staying an additional day after the race to enjoy ourselves. The TWINS will be playing the Res Sox while we are there and I believe we are going to the game with some of the people from Jodee's training group. Last year I got some good mileage in while we were there and I hope to again. We'll see what the Chiropractor can do for me this week.
