Week one is in the books and it went well. Week two is here and everything begins to get "cranked up" just a bit. The biggest changes are my 1.5 hour run on Saturday last week is now 2 hours this week, and my 3 hour ride yesterday is 4 hours this coming Sunday. My hip is still bothering me a bit, but not quite as bad...which is nice. I'm on the "wait list" to get in to the Chiropractor this week. It would be nice is someone has to cancel and I can take their spot. If not, I'm in a week from Wednesday for sure. Either way, I hope it will continue to improve. Back soon...
