Wow...here we are at week 5 already. The time is already flying by and the Iron Man will be here before I know it. This week I will get two long swims in (one done this morning) along with 4 runs and two bikes. Speaking of bikes, I haven't been out on mine since I got fitted last week at Gear West. Last Sunday was cold and rainy, so I did my 3 hours on the trainer...I'm just thankful for iTunes and Entourage. Hopefully the weather cooperates a bit better this week. It's been pretty crappy so far...it is June and the high temp for the day should be at least in the 70's, not the 50's.A little housekeeping to get out of the way as well: May has come and gone very quickly and I logged 147 miles running. Most of my injuries are feeling better. My hip and shoulders are doing much better. This is certainly a grueling training process and injuries just seem to come along with all of it.
